Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

Fruit Salsa with Cinnamon Chips

My department at work has a tradition of celebrating birthdays. We all bring something to share and we've developed some favorites along the way. One boss always makes homemade ice cream, while another makes guacamole. We won't let Kelly bring anything except her cheese ball! I've brought this Fruit Salsa twice now and have had numerous requests for the recipe. It's really easy and particularly great for the summer!
