Baby Quilt for Chloe

The problem with being friends with women younger than me is that they are all still having babies.  But, really, it's not much of a problem because it gives me a a real reason (rather than a just a good excuse) to make baby quilts.

The pattern is Urban Abacus by Jenny at Sew Kind of Wonderful.  You can get her fabulous Quick Curve Ruler on her site as well, which makes cutting and sewing these curved pieces a breeze.

The mommy-to-be has been a good friend for quite some time now and the fabric for the back just felt like something she'd pick.

Baby Chloe will be arriving soon and I hope she spits up all over this quilt.
