Recipe: Turkey - Spinach - Feta Sliders
My Las Vegas sister shared this turkey slider recipe with us and we all loved it! My Texas sister then decided to make them for a wedding reception/open house a couple months ago. They are so tasty, I have no desire to ever have a regular hamburger again! And I'm not exaggerating... much.
Turkey - Spinach - Feta Burgers
INGREDIENTS:2 lbs. ground turkey2 eggs, beaten1 10 oz. package spinach, drained and chopped (squeeze to remove excess water)6 oz. feta cheese, crumbled1 TBL. minced garlic1/2 cup finely chopped onion1 & 1/2 TBL. Worchestershire sauceSalt & Pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS:Mix all ingredients together. Make each patty from 1/4 cup mixture. Spray pan with light coating of non-stick spray. Cook over medium/low heat on stove for about 5-6 minutes per side.Great on the barbecue, too! When grilling, cook on foil.Or broil, 5 minutes each side.Serve on toasted slider bun, spread with Lemon Mayo Spread (recipe below) and slice of tomato.
Lemon Mayo Spread:
1 part lemon to 1 part mayo (or to taste)Enjoy!
